RETURN
You always have the right to cancel the order within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring additional costs, except for the costs mentioned:
ART 33-35 OF THE ACT Art. 33. If the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the additional costs incurred by him.
Art. 34 section 2. The consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the item, unless the entrepreneur agreed to bear them or did not inform the consumer about the need to bear these costs.
Art. 35 par. 1. If the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract after making a request in accordance with art. 15 sec. 3 and Art. 21 sec. 2, is obliged to pay for the services provided until the withdrawal from the contract.
Art. 35 section 2. The amount of payment is calculated in proportion to the scope of the service provided, taking into account the price or remuneration agreed in the contract. If the price or remuneration is excessive, the basis for calculating this amount is the market value of the benefit provided.

The undamaged goods must be returned to us immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of submitting the declaration of withdrawal to us, bearing the shipping costs.
By adding a dedicated withdrawal form to the returned package ( download ), you facilitate the return process. The return will be made no later than within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The period during which the right to resign is counted from the date of delivery of the last product from the order.
It is not possible to make a cash-on-delivery return!!
The seller will refund using the same payment channel ; if there is a need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund the funds to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the Ordering Party ;
The seller refunds the payment using the same method of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return that does not involve any costs for him .

COMPLAINT
The seller's liability under the warranty for physical defects that existed at the time of concluding the sales contract or resulted from a reason inherent in the item sold lasts for a period of 2 years. If a defect is detected, the period of presumed existence of the defect at the time of delivery of the goods is 1 year.
Please remember to attach a copy of the proof of purchase or a sheet of paper with the order number to the returned package, as well as bank transfer details and a complaint form ( download )
It is not possible to handle complaints with the use of download packages!!
If your package is incomplete or contains goods that you did not order, please contact us at shop@awakeforkids.pl. We will also do our best to compensate for your inconvenience.
Filing a complaint
To file a complaint, follow the steps below:
1. Return/complaint form
Fill in the return/complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address and correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the order number, bank account number to be returned, name of the product and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect, including the data to be returned.
2. Returning the product
When submitting a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories, proof of purchase or information about the order number and bearing the costs. In order to speed up the process, please add the word COMPLAINT
