Free delivery for orders over around £100 or 100€ (500PLN)

We send every order for a basket over 500PLN aprox. £100 (depending on currency rate) free of charge. We encourage you to take advantage of this promotion!

What is the delivery time and cost at the Awake for Kids store?

The goods are sent immediately in special cases within the period specified for each product and its variant. Usually, the shipment takes place within 48h.

For orders placed before 12 we will try to deliver to the courier on the same day. Depending on the country you want to ship total delivery time door to door may very but tipically should not last longer than 7 working days.

Personalized products

Extended waiting time may occur with custom-made, personalized products. Information about the date will be provided individually, usually within 2 working weeks.

If there are any delays in delivery, you will be informed immediately by our employees. Such a situation can happen, for example, if the goods in the warehouse are damaged, we will not send you an item with a defect! Quality control is carried out before each shipment.

Delivery cost

The shipping cost depends on the type of delivery (courier, parcel locker, etc...). Choose the most convenient form for you.

The detailed shipping cost will be provided in the order summary, the default promotional delivery cost abroad of Poland, regardless of the type of shipment, is:

PLN 35 (aprox. 7-8 £ or €)

Shiping cost to Nort America:

PLN 75 (aprox. 15-18 $)

Returns

You have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days.

Remember about free shipping for purchases over around £100

Free shipping is calculated on the amount after the discount. The minimum discount is 10% (i.e. £50 from the above free shipping limit ), therefore it will always be more favorable for you than the cost of free delivery (£7.5). We remind you about the welcome discount !

Currently, COD shipments are NOT supported for logistical reasons, so please contact us if you care about this form of delivery.
